At Mel's Personal Training and Group Fitness we provide fun affordable training for people of all levels of fitness. We offer Personal Training in a group environment, (Personal Group Fitness) that is challenging, motivating, fun and has variety. We currently have group training sessions in the Stanhope Gardens, that can cater for the surrounding suburbs including The Ponds, Kellyville, Beaumont Hills, Kellyville Ridge and Rouse Hill.   We train at easy to access locations in parks and ovals near play areas for children, as we encourage child friendly training.  Our sessions incorporate a variety of exercises including boxing for fitness, cardio fitness, strength, resistance training, endurance, core and abs.

We are mobile trainers and can come to you and we can offer personalised programs including nutrition advice, measurement, skin folds, and food diary monitoring.

People often struggle to find time to exercise and often make poor convenient choices for food. At Mel's Personal Fitness & Group Training we strive to help our clients find better time management skills and make better choices.

Who can come to group training sessions?
Everyone and all fitness levels, classes offer high and low intensity so they are suitable for all fitness levels.

What do I bring to each class?
Water, Towel and Punch Wraps (I encourage all participants to use these wraps for greater wrist and hand protection), however, cotton gloves are provided at all sessions when we are boxing as hygiene is important.

Who runs the class?
A fully qualified personal trainer (registed with Fitness Australia) runs each class.

What do I wear?
sneakers/joggers and comfortable clothing. A hat is recommended.
